Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Mississauga is seeking a Global Process Senior Expert – Master Data Management to lead governance of master data across OTC, PTP, RTR and support OneCloud ERP migrations. You will partner with Finance, IT and operations to standardize data and enable smarter decisions.

The role requires 4–7 years MDM/finance data experience, strong SQL, Oracle/MDM tools, GAAP knowledge, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Excellent proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• 4–7 years in Master Data Management, Finance Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience, Oracle Financials preferred.
• 2+ years experience with relational databases and SQL.
• 1+ year experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Visual Basic, PL/SQL).
• 1+ year experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle DRM, Oracle FDMEE or other MDM tools.
• Proven ability to deliver ad hoc reporting and translate data into insights.
• GAAP knowledge preferred.
• MS 365 proficiency including Excel Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Designs and improves global Master Data Management across OTC, PTP, RTR.
• Supports OneCloud ERP migrations via master data conversion and deployment.
• Partners with Finance, Operations, IT and stakeholders to standardize data practices.
• Leads data migration, COA conversion, and MDM integration projects.
• Maintains global master data standards and governance frameworks.
• Monitors data quality KPIs and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end data integration.
• Supports ERP, finance, reporting and MDM solution implementations.
• Provides training and guidance to promote global MDM adoption.
• Leads small to mid-sized MDM projects and stakeholder communications.
• Mentors colleagues to develop MDM capabilities.
