Job summary

Venus Concept in Toronto, ON, Canada, is seeking a Senior Director, Global Marketing, Downstream to lead differentiated brand and marketing efforts in the aesthetics market and drive customer awareness, demand, and revenue. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the role requires managing a 3–5 person team and delivering go-to-market strategies across channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years marketing experience with growth in the medical aesthetics/device industry
• Experience in brand and product marketing
• Experience in omni-channel marketing and digital knowledge
• Experience managing people and external resources
• B2B and B2C experience mandatory
• Aptitude to distill data to action and metric-driven marketing

Responsibilities

• Create and execute go-to-market strategies and programs to grow market share
• Develop and execute commercialization plans for products
• Build downstream marketing initiatives for targeted audiences with branded campaigns
• Manage distributor and subsidiary support to ensure brand-aligned messaging
• Oversee downstream marketing budget, ROI tracking, and KPI performance
• Collaborate with upstream marketing and other departments on programs
• Create training programs and medical education content for customers
• Develop sales enablement tools to support engagement and retention
• Be the product’s digital voice and optimize channels for awareness and demand
• Monitor brand performance and market research to refine messaging
• Provide internal thought leadership on medical aesthetics trends
• Manage a team of 3–5 people
