Lead and mentor a team of delivery drivers, serving as their primary point of contact. Foster a collaborative, communicative, and supportive team culture.* *Performance Optimization* ? Establish, monitor, and analyze key delivery KPIs to drive excellence in route efficiency, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Provide clear guidance and actionable coaching to help drivers consistently exceed expectations.* *Talent Development* ? Conduct ongoing training sessions and performance reviews to support continuous improvement. Identify and implement opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.* *Safety & Regulatory Compliance* ? Promote a strong safety culture through routine spot checks and policy enforcement.
