Job summary

IREX seeks multiple Program Coordinator candidates to support donor-funded programs within the Global Impact Hub. This role is based at IREX headquarters in Washington, DC and requires in-person work with at least two days in-office per week, including Wednesdays.

You will coordinate program operations, engagement, training, travel, data, communications, and reporting across US-based and international activities, ensuring compliant, participant-centered processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant program coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating participant advising, training, or travel logistics.
• Ability to work with international partners and embassies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring program workflows, calendars, records, and inboxes.
• Support pre-departure orientation and LMS administration for participants.
• Arrange domestic and international travel and manage documentation.
• Engage participants, mentors, alumni, and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Collaborate on procurement, budgeting, and program reporting.
