This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting HR transformation journey — where you take ownership, drive innovation, and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals.

About The Job

  • Define, optimize, and roll out key global talent processes — including onboarding, reskilling, upskilling, and performance management — with a focus on strategic design and global consistency, fully supported and operationalized through Workday.
  • Design, develop, and deliver impactful global (leadership) development programs that build critical capabilities and drive business success — partnering with HRIS to ensure these programs are embedded, tracked, and supported in Workday for seamless access and scalability.
  • Create and implement scalable, sustainable culture-building initiatives that align with our values and foster an inclusive, high-performance environment.
  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects within global HR and Talent Development, contributing directly to the execution of our strategic HR roadmap - including translating strategy into systems by leveraging Workday as the global enablement platform.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships across global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and local relevance of global initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programs and initiatives, using data and feedback to drive improvements and demonstrate value to the business.

About You

  • Extensive experience (5–8+ years) in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related HR field, preferably in a global and matrixed environment.
  • A relevant academic background (e.g. in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or similar)
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful (leadership) development programs and global talent processes (e.g. onboarding, performance, upskilling/reskilling).
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong conceptual skills, able to translate complex business needs into scalable, people-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience translating global talent strategies into scalable system solutions, with hands-on involvement in Workday process design, configuration input, and global rollouts across modules such as Learning, Talent, and Performance.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and tools/platforms that support digital and blended learning.
  • Strong cultural awareness and global mindset, with the ability to adapt solutions across different cultural and business contexts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

  • Professional & personal development: targeted onboarding, regular feedback and open error culture, personal support, digital further education and training programmes in our ‘LearningHub’
  • Modern equipment: own laptop, advanced office equipment
