Manulife Global High Net Worth (GHNW) is seeking a strategic leader to oversee Bermuda operations and global growth efforts within the HNW client segment, delivering onboarding, due diligence, policy servicing, and governance across jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will drive transformation initiatives, partner with executives, and build a high-performing, diverse team while maintaining a high-touch service model and disciplined controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in insurance/financial services.
• Proven track record executing complex projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HNW client segment, distribution models, and end-to-end operations.
• Experience driving automation, digitization, and service improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and evaluating investments.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build leadership bench strength.
• Strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bermuda operations supporting GHNW, including onboarding, new business processing, due diligence, claims and policy servicing.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational priorities and drive execution for growth and service excellence.
• Partner with global executives to align operational strategies and support expansion and profitability.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and regulatory data management across jurisdictions.
• Drive business transformation initiatives to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of leaders and professionals with a culture of accountability.
