Role Overview
The Head of Global Demand Generation will develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to enhance Opensignal's market presence and drive qualified leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in B2B marketing, campaign execution, and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate will lead a team to achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, ABM, content syndication, webinars, and events.
- Performance Optimization: Own pipeline metrics and revenue contribution targets, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, content and executive leadership to ensure alignment on revenue-driving initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous optimization.
- Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage external vendors, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:- 12+ years of B2B global marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact demand generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Must have knowledge of Hubspot.
- Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, and event-based lead generation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the telecom or data analytics industry preferred but not required.
