Job summary

Oxford is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support consolidated planning, forecasting and performance reporting for the FP&A function reporting to the Executive Committee and OMERS. The role blends financial analysis with executive storytelling and business partnering to translate performance into clear, decision-ready insights.

Day-to-day work includes preparing internal reporting packages, executive presentations, and maintaining Power BI dashboards to support global FP&A activities,

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience presenting to an Executive Committee and OMERS stakeholders.
• Ability to partner with regional FP&A teams and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Oxford's consolidated quarterly reforecast and annual budget internal reporting materials.
• Advance FP&A modernization with automation, AI-enabled analysis, driver-based forecasting and standardized KPIs.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and dashboards to communicate performance and implications.
• Analyze returns and attribution across regions, portfolios and investments.
