Job summary

EventMobi is a remote-first company accepting candidates in Canada. You will own the events program from local workshops to a potential user conference, traveling roughly monthly across North America and Europe.

You’ll lead, measure ROI, and collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops to maximize pipeline and revenue. You will manage a small team, including an Events Coordinator, while reporting to the VP of Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate event marketing at a B2B company.
• Managed a high-volume portfolio of third-party trade shows and sponsored events.
• Involved in planning and execution of a mid-size user conference and exclusive dinner series.
• Strong Event Tech experience with registration platforms and lead capture apps.
• Familiarity with IMEX, MPI, PCMA, CSAE, ASAE acronyms is a plus.
• Owning an event budget and demonstrating ROI in pipeline and revenue.
• Ability to craft sharp event messaging and copy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Tradeshow Floor: calendar, budget, messaging, booth, staffing, and on-site execution; coordinate with Demand Gen and Sales.
• Make Every Sponsored Event Pay Off: manage on-site presence, partnerships, and data capture; support Customer Success.
• Build EventMobi’s Owned Events: design formats, agendas, speakers, venues, and marketing to fill rooms.
• Run It Like Your Business: maintain truth-source, forecast budgets, and present quarterly recommendations to leadership.
