Job summary

Sparkrock is a 100% remote organization providing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-based software to nonprofits, schools, and government bodies. We seek a Senior Delivery Manager/Director of Professional Services to own P&L and drive profitable engagements across ERP/SaaS implementations.

You will lead a cross-functional team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers, shaping delivery models, managing risks, and aligning with customer needs while partnering with Sales on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in professional services/PM within software/tech.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager/Director).
• Experience overseeing a portfolio with P&L up to $3–5M.
• Strong ability to turn losses into profitable engagements.
• Hands-on delivery leadership of ERP/SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and book-of-business for a $3–5M portfolio—budgeting, forecasting, cost control.
• Oversee delivery quality and outcomes across ERP/SaaS implementations.
• Lead and motivate a diverse Professional Services team.
• Act as senior escalation and customer relationship point.
• Balance resources across engagements to optimize delivery and margin.
• Identify and mitigate delivery/financial risks.
• Partner with Sales on scoping and pricing (not direct selling).
• Drive lifecycle process improvements for speed and quality.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure positive experience.
