Job summary

Sparkrock, a fully remote software provider built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own the P&L and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio. You will shape delivery strategy, lead a team of consultants, and serve as the primary escalation point for key customers, ensuring profitable, high-quality ERP/SaaS implementations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or similar roles within software/technology.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably as Senior Manager or Director in Professional Services.
• Experience managing a portfolio and P&L with revenues up to 3–5M dollars.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio, driving budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee delivery quality across ERP/SaaS implementations, aligning with customer needs.
• Lead and develop a diverse Professional Services team of consultants, analysts, and PMs.
• Serve as senior escalation point for key customers to protect long-term health.
• Allocate resources across engagements to optimize capacity and margins.
• Identify and mitigate delivery and financial risks early.
• Partner with Sales to support scoping, pricing, and positioning of engagements.
• Drive process improvements across delivery lifecycle for faster, higher-quality outcomes.
• Finalize roadmaps and prioritize tickets with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
