Job summary

Maple Bear Global Schools Ltd. seeks a Chief Executive Officer to drive global strategy, governance, and expansion for the school network. You will hold full P&L accountability at the head office and lead multi-country franchise growth and material program development.

The role requires extensive experience in education publishing, multinational governance, and travel to oversee international operations. Fluency in English is essential, with Portuguese/Spanish as assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior executive leadership in education/publishing or franchise services.
• Experience leading operations across multiple countries with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in scaling a franchise or licensed network and growing revenue.
• Experience in multinational governance with reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy, operations, governance and expansion for Maple Bear Global Schools Ltd.
• Oversee full profit-and-loss accountability for head office and multi-country franchise operations.
• Direct development and publication of proprietary learning materials across the network; manage partnerships.
• Travel internationally to support expansion and governance across markets.
