Job summary

Finning International Inc. is hiring a D365 Technology & Solution Delivery Lead to shape a global Dynamics 365 transformation.

You will partner with Product Owners, Microsoft, and SI partners to ensure scalable, supportable solutions across Canada, UK & Ireland, and South America, with a focus on CRM capabilities. The role blends architecture, technical leadership, and delivery readiness, requiring hands-on D365 experience and experience with enterprise SaaS deployments.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in enterprise technology delivery, solution oversight, or technical leadership roles.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., D365, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) in complex environments.
• Experience in multi‑vendor and multi‑region environments.
• Combination of technical and functional exposure strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse platform capabilities.
• Understanding of D365 or equivalent SaaS delivery models.
• Knowledge of solution delivery lifecycles and project management best practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements.
• Influence architecture and design decisions across a global technology landscape.
• Work with Dynamics 365 components (Customer Engagement, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure integration).
• Partner with Microsoft, SIs, Functional Leads, and enterprise teams to ensure scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption of fit-to-standard cloud solutions with minimal customization.
• Establish governance and delivery practices for long-term scalability.
