Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Director to lead Digital Forensics and Incident Response within the Cyber & Data Resilience Practice in Canada. You will guide incident response engagements, mentor staff, and collaborate with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality service to clients.

You will manage projects, coordinate resources, and ensure KPIs such as utilization and revenue are met while expanding client relationships and upholding Kroll’s standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Six years incident response experience, preferably in consultancy.
• Certifications such as CREST IR, CFCE, ENCE, GIAC are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of strong technical skills in support of cyber defense or incident response assignments.
• Case management from assignment start to closure, structuring projects, resource management, and client guidance.
• Monitor quality of work, ensure value delivery to the client, and communicate findings to senior team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, upholding Kroll’s high standards.
• Mentor staff, ensure high standards, and help meet KPIs (utilization, business generation, personal objectives).
• Identify learning needs and continuously improve personal performance.
