Job Description

• Define and implement processes for Global Master Data creation and maintenance.
• Develop multi-year roadmap for MDM processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party providers for solution delivery.
• Identify and address data quality challenges with business teams.
• Manage a global team of MDM and Data Quality analysts.
• Handle escalation of global master data issues.
• Monitor MDM and Data Quality KPIs for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years IT experience in data management, master data, data quality, and governance.
• Proficiency with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with MDM tools (preferably Informatica IDQ) and ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Dynamics 365).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
