Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in a material requirements planning role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with word and spreadsheets.
  • Expert knowledge of MRP systems and ERP integration.
  • Understanding of Customer EDI systems.
  • Experience with customs documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage picklists for shipments to OEM and Tier 1 customers.
  • Coordinate DDL interactions with Ford, Chrysler, GM and CSDS suppliers.
  • Resolve customer problems and maintain premium transportation files.
  • Analyze customer requirements and reconcile data for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain 5S, safety and quality standards within the work area.
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and implement process improvements.
