Job summary

Bells of Steel Inc. is seeking a Community & Partnerships Lead to grow grassroots strength in Canada, the UK, Australia and beyond, transforming gyms and creator connections into lasting brand presence, with showrooms evolving into local community hubs.

You will engage across platforms, events, ambassadors, and showroom programs, traveling about 10%, and collaborating with brand teams to localize content while expanding community pipelines across markets.

Qualifications

• Must be active in fitness communities (powerlifting, CrossFit, etc.).
• Experience in sales or customer support roles.

Responsibilities

• Reply to comments on paid ads and organic content across platforms, maintaining brand voice.
• Escalate CS-related issues via Gorgias with proper tagging.
• Engage in fitness communities and Reddit with helpful, non-salesy responses.
• Build relationships with creators and ambassadors.
• Launch and manage a dedicated Facebook group.
• Run gym seeding programs in priority markets and map local ecosystem.
• Show up at events and sponsorships; coordinate with Affiliate/Influencer Manager.
• Localize content per market with brand and email teams.
• Develop showroom hubs in Calgary, Toronto, Indy with events.
