Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager to oversee procurement activities across 35+ manufacturing plants for key commodities, including fiberglass, acrylic, HIPS, ABS, ASB / acrylic sheets, catalysts, pigments, and plastic injection materials. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse international supplier base across China, Egypt, Bahrain, the USA, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and Canada to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and continuity of supply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials and plastics across multiple global sites.
  • Manage supplier relationships across a wide geographic footprint, ensuring compliance, performance, and cost targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with international suppliers to secure optimal terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to ensure material specifications meet operational requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and global supply chain risks to proactively manage inventory levels and mitigate disruptions.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects related to materials sourcing and supply chain optimization.
  • Ensure supplier adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards across all regions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, supplier negotiation, and cost analysis.
  • Proven experience managing suppliers across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Excellent communication, contract management, and analytical skills.
