The Position

Join our Global Clinical Operations team as a Global Clinical Operations Intern and play a vital role in transforming clinical trial delivery to improve the lives of patients and caregivers. In this role, you will collaborate across a dynamic, low-hierarchy environment that empowers individuals and prioritizes continuous personal growth. You will work directly with global cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives in pharmaceutical product development.

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s program in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization, Biotechnology or closely related field.
• You thrive in collaborative, complex, and matrixed global environments where authority is shared
• You possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage clinical operations projects effectively
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English
• You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and embody core values of integrity, courage, and passion

Additional Information

• Term & Location: 12-month full-time internship starting January 2027 in Mississauga, ON (Hybrid model: minimum 3 days in office)

Relocation benefits are not provided.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 57 416,00 and 75 358,50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
