Job Summary:

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a key role in managing campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends to enhance engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns to support product launches and promotions.
  • Work with Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns are activated digitally across platforms such as social media, email, search, and display advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Leverage field/sales feedback to optimize the lead funnel and deliver high-quality leads that will convert to opportunities and revenue.
  • Assist with localizing and translating content for different markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Assist in A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign execution and demand generation .
  • Proven experience with campaign best practices, process adherence, and accurate reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with analytics and automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Google or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
