Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the Global Brand GTM Operations manager, you support the Go-To-Market (GTM) operations across the Brand function, helping bring our global Brand priorities to market by connecting teams, timelines, and processes from strategy through execution.

With a dedicated focus on the Global Channels GTM pathway, you work closely with Global Brand Marketing, Global Channel teams, Global Creative, Global Brand Ops, and Regional Marketing partners to align teams on requirements, key milestones, and seasonal deliverables.

You manage the day-to-day operation of this pathway, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the continued evolution of our Brand GTM system.

You are highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability navigate complex timelines, connect cross-functional teams and bring clarity to processes in a fast-paced environment.

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work (or remote Canada with travels to North Vancouver, BC). Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Global Brand GTM Team is responsible for the operating framework that connects integrated planning and execution (including GTM Planning, stage-gate management, cross-functional alignment, and global-to-regional integration).

We work closely with Global Brand Marketing, Global Channels, Global Creative, Global Brand Operations, and Regional marketing teams, helping to navigate the GTM process, coordinate seasonal requirements, and stay aligned as seasonal plans progress.

Global Channels GTM Pathway Management

  • Coordinating Global Channel teams through seasonal planning, alignment, and handoffs from strategic direction into execution planning
  • Partnering with functional leads to clarify deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, and readiness for key GTM stage gates
  • Tracking progress against seasonal milestones, proactively identifying risks or gaps, and partnering with teams to resolve issues or elevate decisions as needed
  • Facilitating cross-functional working sessions and reviews to maintain alignment and momentum across Global Channel teams
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the Global Channels GTM pathway and recommending process and workflow improvements to GTM leadership
Seasonal GTM Operations & Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Supporting the planning and maintenance of the Brand GTM calendar, including key milestones, dependencies, and stage gates
  • Leading the scheduling and preparation for GTM stage gates and working sessions, including agendas, participant alignment, materials, documentation, and follow‑ups
  • Providing regular updates to Brand and cross‑functional partners on upcoming milestones, deliverable expectations, and seasonal readiness
  • Maintaining visibility into team‑level progress and dependencies, ensuring risks and changes are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Supporting global‑to‑regional GTM coordination and seasonal handoffs, partnering with Regional Integration teams to align on regional requirements
  • Overseeing the GTM process documentation, trackers, and project management tools ensuring consistent execution across seasons
  • Contributing to seasonal GTM reviews, capturing feedback, lessons learned, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
  • Supporting the refinement and development of the Global Channels GTM pathway as channel capabilities, requirements, and ways of working evolve
  • Providing ongoing updates to stakeholders on GTM timelines and dependencies, while working within our project management process to ensure operational integration across functions
Are you our next Global Brand GTM Operations Manager?
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or post‑secondary education in a related field (GTM lifecycles, product development in the clothing/textile industry, Design Operations, Agency/Studio Operations)
  • You have 5+ years experience in marketing operations, GTM operations, project management, or cross‑functional program coordination, ideally within a global consumer brand or creative environment
  • You have experience working within GTM processes in a product‑based business within the outerwear, apparel, or footwear industry
  • You understand how marketing strategies translate into cross‑functional planning, deliverables, and execution
