Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Manager, Marketing for Global Banking and Markets (GBM) to drive marketing initiatives and client engagement globally. You will work with senior leaders to align strategies with business goals, ensure compliance, and manage multiple concurrent projects.

The role emphasizes partnership with Compliance, Legal and external agencies. You will build client relationships, oversee events and sponsorships, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable marketing outcomes

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, communications or business; MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Strong project management, prioritization and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead GBM marketing initiatives and client engagement across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and brand standards.
• Collaborate with GBM, Marketing and Compliance teams to align strategy.
• Support events, sponsorships and experiences to strengthen client relationships.
• Partner with relationship managers to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
