Job summary

Running Room in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a friendly and proactive sales associate to help customers find the right running gear, share product knowledge, and meet store goals.

You will engage customers with open-ended questions, provide outstanding service, and contribute to brand awareness while supporting daily operations and social media efforts.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment
• Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
