Job summary

Running Room is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Newmarket, ON to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor. You will learn product knowledge, engage customers with open-ended questions, and support store operations as needed.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining personal productivity, and helping raise brand awareness through social media with the store team. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals
• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training
• Assist with Brand awareness by assisting store management with social media
