PLM Fleet, LLC Autoglass Technician position in Vancouver focuses on replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass while supporting ADAS calibration needs. EV and hybrid vehicle work is part of the role, with training provided as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong glass repair knowledge, OEM awareness for ADAS, and reliable references; a valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience replacing and repairing windshields and automotive glass.
• Red Seal Certified as an Auto Glass Technician (preferred).
• ADAS calibration experience (preferred).
• Strong understanding of modern auto glass repair methods, tools, and materials.
• Comfort working on EVs and hybrid vehicles (training provided as needed).
• Awareness of OEM requirements for ADAS, camera recalibration, and sensor-integrated glass systems.
• Willingness to participate in sponsored training and development.
• Excellent work references.
• Valid driver’s license.
