  • Evaluate, install, scope, and troubleshoot pre-built integrations, including GitHub Apps, Marketplace apps, OAuth apps, and webhooks connecting GitHub with cloud platforms, code quality, and security tooling.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues including failed workflow runs, self-hosted runner errors, API rate limit issues, and integration/SSO authentication failures (escalating to GitHub Support as required).
  • Administer GitHub Copilot Business at scale—managing access, enterprise settings, usage tracking, and security policy enforcement.
  • Support the setup, configuration, and governance of GitHub Copilot custom agents using Markdown profiles and repository-specific instruction sets.
  • Participate in research and testing of enterprise interoperability between Jira Rovo and GitHub Copilot, assessing data security and access controls.
