Gigi’s (opening soon at Tri City Central in Coquitlam) is in search of a Sous Chef to join our opening team. If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy leading a team, we welcome you to apply.

Who you are:

1. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Lead Line Cook in a high-volume setting
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
4. A passion for food, creativity, and an excellent work ethic
5. A desire to learn and to lead by example
6. Food Safe Level 1 required
