Torngat Metals is seeking a qualified, versatile HR Project Manager & Technology Enabler with a passion for technology and continuous improvement to support our organization’s transformation initiatives. This position is located in Montreal. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will play a key role in leading and supporting HR and tech-related projects, including the deployment of HRIS systems, while contributing to the development of scalable programs, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and support end-to-end HR and technology projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting).
• Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms and other HR technologies.
• Develop and write HR programs, policies, and operational procedures aligned with best practices.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and strategic insights to executive committees.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
• Stay current with emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative tools and approaches.
• Be highly hands-on, while maintaining a strategic and business-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years experience

Proven experience in HR and technology project management, ideally in both large enterprises and startup environments.

Strong knowledge of HRIS systems.

Excellent writing skills for creating clear and effective policies, procedures, and documentation.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.

Analytical, organized, and business-savvy, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Experience in change management or organizational transformation.

Bilingual (French / English) is a strong asset.
