Torngat Metals is seeking a qualified, versatile HR Project Manager & Technology Enabler with a passion for technology and continuous improvement to support our organization’s transformation initiatives. This position is located in Montreal. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will play a key role in leading and supporting HR and tech-related projects, including the deployment of HRIS systems, while contributing to the development of scalable programs, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and support end-to-end HR and technology projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting).
  • Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms and other HR technologies.
  • Develop and write HR programs, policies, and operational procedures aligned with best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates and strategic insights to executive committees.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative tools and approaches.
  • Be highly hands-on, while maintaining a strategic and business-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years experience
  • Proven experience in HR and technology project management, ideally in both large enterprises and startup environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Excellent writing skills for creating clear and effective policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
  • Analytical, organized, and business-savvy, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Experience in change management or organizational transformation.
  • Bilingual (French / English) is a strong asset.
