Reporting to the Director, Business Product, the Manager, IoT Product & Partner Relationship, will support the execution of our hybrid IoT (Internet of Things) connectivity strategy, contributing to product definition, partner coordination, and pilot delivery.

The incumbent will support the development of our IoT connectivity offering and assist in managing relationships with IoT solution providers, from pilot planning to onboarding coordination. This is a key position at the intersection of product strategy and partner success, driving impact across the entire IoT ecosystem.

The main responsibilities are:

  1. Support execution of the IoT product roadmap
  2. Support partners & channels
  3. Maintain partner support materials

The person must assume all related responsibilities.

COMPETENCY PROFILE AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration with a tech focus.
  • 8+ years in product management, focusing on IoT or telecommunications.
  • Experience contributing to the development or launch of B2B IoT or connectivity solutions.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with solution providers, enterprise clients, and system integrators.

Other qualifications

  • Knowledge of SaaS-based IoT connectivity platforms to manage SIM card lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of IoT technologies including cellular, LPWAN (LTE-M, NB-IoT, LoRa WAN), and satellite IoT connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of IoT architecture across network, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure layers.
  • Skilled in partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to develop go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Ability to assess market trends and develop differentiated positioning.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

Comfortable with occasional travel for on-site customer meetings, partner visits, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
