Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Operations Strategy, you will report to the Director of Operations Strategy and play a key role in shaping manufacturing and supply chain strategies globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement innovative global operations strategies to improve financial and operational performance.
• Lead analysis and presentation development for strategic review committees.
• Conduct Make or Buy analyses and recommend actions for new and existing programs.
• Support cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across sites.
• Deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership.

Daily Activities

• Design and execute manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
• Collaborate on international investment and transformation projects.
• Expand manufacturing capacity and phase out non-core activities.
• Lead global cost-reduction programs.
• Present strategies and business cases to executives.
• Analyze and advise on Make-Buy decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, MBA an asset.
• 15+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or sourcing.
• Strong financial, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
