The Operations Project Manager is responsible for all industrialization and program management activities for a given program throughout the development phase and into production. They will interface with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and customers, managing projects such as procurement, cost management, production readiness, manufacturing approval, configuration management, and customer startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with engineering, marketing, after-sales, and operations managers.
  2. Manage customer relationships related to delivery and operations strategies.
  3. Oversee engine cost management and risk mitigation.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations internally and to clients.
  5. Define program vision and objectives.
  6. Collaborate with other OPM managers within the same engine family.
  7. Manage industrialization plans, schedules, and budgets.
  8. Oversee project development materials, procurement, and manufacturability.
  9. Manage production materials, including PPAP and LOB processes.
  10. Ensure configuration management in production documentation and engines.
  11. Monitor resource needs and provide progress updates.
  12. Handle human resources, performance, and employee development.
  13. Perform other personnel or project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • Project management training or certification (PMP, MBA) is an asset.
  • 8-12 years in manufacturing or engineering.
  • 5 years in management roles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, DNA, eSync, PLM.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English for technical documentation and communication.
