En tant qu'Administrateur(trice) immobilier au sein de notre équipe REMS, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le service à la clientèle grâce à vos excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, votre souci du détail et votre attitude positive. En tant qu'Administrateur(trice) immobilier, vous serez impliqué(e) dans tous les aspects du soutien au Gestionnaire immobilier. Vos excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation vous permettent de répondre efficacement aux demandes des locataires. Vous faites preuve d'intégrité et vos compétences en service à la clientèle sont exceptionnelles. Vous assisterez également le gestionnaire immobilier dans la production de rapports réguliers, la préparation des budgets, la correspondance avec les locataires et la planification d'événements. Il s'agit d'une opportunité de mettre à profit votre expertise pour nous aider à faire évoluer notre industrie vers l'avenir.
Dans ce rôle
• Vous développez et maintenez des relations positives avec les propriétaires, les locataires, les fournisseurs et les collègues.
• Vous répondez rapidement aux besoins des locataires afin de respecter les obligations des baux.
• Vous soutenez le gestionnaire immobilier en préparant des rapports réguliers destinés aux propriétaires avec précision et dans les délais.
• Vous gérez efficacement toutes les tâches administratives, y compris les bons de travail, les demandes de service, la collecte des loyers et le paiement des dépenses, l’entretien des propriétés ainsi que le respect des exigences contractuelles par les fournisseurs.
Ce que vous apportez
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire dans l’immobilier commercial
• Solides capacités de prise de décision pour offrir un service de haut niveau aux locataires.
• Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, proactivité, orientation vers les résultats et sens des ressources.
• Capacité à respecter les délais sans compromettre la précision, la qualité du travail ni le souci du détail.

This position is for a Property Administrator based out of our Montreal offices
About the role
As Property Administrator within our REMS team, you'll play a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor to everything you do. As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Property Manager. Your outstanding communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude integrity and your customer service skills are second to none. You also assist the property manager with regular reporting, budgets, tenant correspondence and planning of events. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.
In this role
You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and co-workers.
You respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.
You support the property manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy and timely.
You effectively lead all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent collections and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.
What you’ll bring
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial real estate
Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants needs.
Excellent customer service skills, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
