Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Senior Manager - Global Treasury Operations to lead our treasury team. This full-time, on-site role in Longueuil involves managing financial risks, supporting treasury instruments, and enhancing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk and lead digital transformation of treasury systems.
• Support issuance of treasury instruments such as guarantees, bonds, and credit facilities.
• Review commercial contracts and build strong business relationships.
• Handle customer financing requests and optimize export insurance portfolios.
• Oversee governance with RTX Enterprise Services, including process improvements and KPI management.
• Lead initiatives promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional certification related to treasury.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong collaboration skills and relationship-building.
