We have developed an aerial inspection system capable of detecting small oil and gas leaks invisible to the human eye. Using state-of-the-art software, AI, and efficient algorithms, we identify and report threats to pipelines and provide GIS solutions to our clients.
Reporting to the VP of Product Development, we are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the full product vision and roadmap for our end-to-end solution. You will be the main contact for stakeholders, translating market needs into a strategic plan that delivers measurable business value, with support from a technical product manager and a product owner.
Your Role
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to write detailed feature requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product roadmap, balancing stakeholder requests, customer impact, technical needs, and engineering capacity.
- Align cross-functional teams daily, ensuring transparency on progress and risks.
- Define and maintain Product Requirements Documents, prioritizing requirements.
- Develop market segmentation and sizing models, guide positioning.
- Prepare competitive analysis and SWOT, identify differentiation and pricing opportunities.
- Track success metrics via KPIs, sharing trends on adoption, engagement, and profitability.
- Ensure a seamless user experience across all products.
- Coordinate with RevOps on go-to-market strategies and materials.
- Implement lightweight product management processes suitable for a fast-paced, small company, coaching colleagues as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, with solutions combining physical equipment and cloud software (e.g., drones, sensing equipment, IoT, medical devices).
- Proven experience in roadmap ownership, requirements writing, market analysis, and go-to-market strategies for high-tech products.
- Strong technical knowledge in cloud solutions, AI, GIS, and equipment development.
- Experience in a scale-up or small company environment, capable of working autonomously and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.
- Willingness to learn about oil and gas operations, with occasional travel for customer visits and industry events.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and a proactive approach.
