Position Overview :

Are you passionate about sales, high-quality food products, and building strong client relationships? CHO America is looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail operations (olive oil and dates) across Canada.

In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for growing our market presence, developing strong partnerships with retailers, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be a key player in achieving our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail chains, independent retailers, and buyers across the country.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and ensure successful execution.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close profitable commercial agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor market trends (pricing, competition, demand) and provide strategic insights.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable sales reports to senior management.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management or retail sales in the food industry.
  • Educational background in business, marketing, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian food retail market – familiarity with the U.S. market is a plus.
  • Bilingual (French and English) – English is required to communicate with clients across Canada and teams in the U.S.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada for trade shows and client meetings.
  • Bilingual – English French – written and spoken
