En tant que gestionnaire de projet associée ou associé, vous planifierez, contrôlerez et gérerez des projets internes depuis leur lancement jusqu'à leur achèvement. Vous réunirez les ressources nécessaires et utiliserez des processus et des outils bien établis pour faire en sorte que les projets soient livrés dans les délais et dans le respect du budget et de la portée définie. Ce poste vous amènera à préparer des rapports d'avancement des projets, à créer et suivre les mesures de rendement du portefeuille attribué et à gérer les risques de manière proactive. On vous demandera de regrouper et d'analyser les renseignements stratégiques et financiers du portefeuille et de travailler avec l'entreprise pour cibler les occasions d'optimisation du rapport investissements-rendements.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. You will secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within defined scope. You will provide project status reporting, develop and track performance metrics of the assigned portfolio, and proactively manage risks. You will consolidate and analyze portfolio strategic and financial information, and collaborate with the business to identify opportunities to optimize investments vs returns.

Location : You will be based in our Quebec City office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to Senior Manager, Portfolio Management

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Partner with project sponsor and leads project teams in delivering projects to support overall business objectives
  • Ensure project processes and artifacts are applied consistently, including project charter, project plans & schedules, project gating, issue & risk management, financial management, resourcing, and procurement management
  • Maintain a high level of project communications through meeting minutes, status reporting (including accurate financial information), and proactive interaction with sponsors, project team members, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the success of the project management office by participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a project management capacity, managing projects through the full project life cycle
  • Familiarity with risk management and change management
  • Familiarity with theoretical and practical aspects of project management, including various project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate project management concepts or problems to project management and other peers
