The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Manage cost reduction plan for NPI ELEVATE programs
• Manage risks and mitigation plans to meet schedule, quality, cost, and budget requirements, ensuring a production strategy that meets client requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary projects to improve tools, processes, or any other aspect in the department to ensure flawless execution of the 3 NPI Programs.
• Support all reviews, executive and/or customer’s presentations
• Oversee the annual update of MAM (Material Authorization Management).
• Take charge of welcoming students/interns, ordering materials, and requesting access based on the role.
• Manage budget for 3 NPI Programs

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, or mechanical design.
• Member of the OIQ (an asset).
• Knowledge of SAP and PLM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Teamwork, autonomy, good communication skills.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
