A media marketing agency with over 50 years of experience! We have 12 offices worldwide, including 3 in Canada, with more than 700 employees, about 20 of whom are in Montreal. Our office is conveniently located just steps from Lionel-Groulx metro and an 8-minute walk from Atwater metro. We specialize in proven approaches to media, SEM, and SEO, developing digital strategies for major local, national, and international brands across Canada and the U.S.

Position Summary

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in client relationships, a fundamental pillar of our success. After all, without quality client service, there are no clients, and without clients, there’s no agency.

What You'll Do :
  1. Work alongside Account Directors or independently manage accounts.
  2. Build trusting relationships with clients and become their go-to contact.
  3. Understand the needs and goals of each project.
  4. Prepare internal briefs and effectively communicate project requirements to various stakeholders.
  5. Identify the resources needed to execute projects and coordinate mandates, from strategic planning to delivery.
  6. Ensure quality control of all project deliverables.
  7. Implement digital marketing strategies while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  8. Collaborate and coordinate marketing initiatives with agency teams across five countries—bilingualism is essential.
  9. Prepare client presentations and participate in their delivery, both in person and virtually.
  10. Proactively seek solutions with various teams.
  11. Participate in brainstorming sessions.
  12. Maintain continuous communication with operations, production, and strategy teams (Toronto) and ensure smooth project execution.
What You Bring :
  • Curious and eager to learn (SEO and media are constantly evolving).
  • Comfortable speaking up and advocating for client interests.
  • 5 years of experience in web project management or marketing program management within an agency, or 3-5 years in digital marketing on the client side.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, traditional media).
  • Experience managing Google My Business (GMB) profiles is a significant asset.
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certification (or willingness to obtain within the first six months—during work hours).
  • Ability to understand and produce performance reports and connect them to client objectives.
  • Tenacious, dynamic personality with a passion for working with people.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (YES, English is a must).
  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Advertising, Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience).

Hiring Process
We’re looking for the right fit, so here’s what to expect :
  1. Initial call with Human Resources and completion of a DISC assessment.
  2. First meeting with the Montreal General Manager – 45 minutes (Teams or preferably in person).
  3. Meetings with a member of the Montreal consulting team and the GM Canada (in person: 60 minutes).
  4. Contract discussion, reference checks, and background verification.
  5. Your start at DAC, with a clear and precise onboarding process during your first three weeks.
