A leading technology company is looking for a Junior Account Manager in Montreal to support utility customers. Hitachi Energy is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support and grow relationships with key utility customers in the Atlantic Provinces. This role involves sales target achievement, pipeline and relationship management, and strategic account planning across a broad portfolio of energy solutions. Candidate must preferably be located in Montreal but can also be located in the Atlantic, Canada.
How you’ll make an impact
Develop and expand relationships with utility distribution accounts in Atlantic Canada.
Engage with stakeholders.
Understand customer business drivers, industry and economic trends, and competitive landscape.
Act as the main point of contact for issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key issues and opportunities within assigned accounts.
Create and execute account plans
Design customer relationship strategies and prioritize opportunities.
Promote Hitachi Energy’ full portfolio : Transformers, High Voltage, Automation / Software, HVDC / FACTS, and Service
Promote sale growth and develop pipeline
Your background
Experience : 1–2 years in account management or business development (utility sector preferred). Post-graduate candidates will be considered.
Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., BA, MBA, P.Eng).
Skills :
Sales experience in digital or power solutions (asset).
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Resourceful and proactive.
Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
