Job description

Join to apply for the Gestionnaire de Compte Junior role at Yoplait Liberté Canada.

Reporting to the Regional Accounts and Retail Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for independent clients. This role involves developing sales plans in collaboration with business partners to meet sales targets and support the company's commercial objectives across Canada.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management:
  2. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
  3. Preparing client presentations, including Joint Business Planning (JBP), and sales reports to identify opportunities aligned with corporate objectives.
  4. Managing budgets effectively in line with company goals.
  5. Preparing accurate sales forecasts for production planning.
  6. Acting as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and customer service levels.

Sales Growth and Development:

  1. Analyzing internal sales reports, Nielsen data, customer data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities aligned with company strategies.
  2. Leading product launch presentations and executions in retail outlets.
  3. Negotiating programs, clearance opportunities, agreements, and supporting planogram management.
  4. Building and maintaining a promotional calendar.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, customer service, production, and logistics to meet client needs and corporate goals.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years relevant client management experience. Experience in fresh products or food industry is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  5. Knowledge of distributor models.
  6. Strong time management and priority-setting skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  8. Bilingualism is an asset.
  9. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  10. Proactive and dynamic approach.
  11. Goal-oriented mindset.
