Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The management of the assigned projects and/or cases.
  • Adherence to the general company processes.
  • Telephone support:
  • Implementing call-centre programs including providing support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies. Focus areas include funding/access issues, compliance, and case management protocols such as clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, adverse event reporting, and liaison with healthcare providers.
  • Conducting pharmaceutical and biotech market research with professionals and patients.
  • Managing casework methods, including outbound calls and documentation in specific databases.
  • Participating in ongoing training and providing feedback on protocols, databases, and processes.
  • Communicating clearly with managers and colleagues about case management during absences.
  • Participating in training new caseworkers through shadowing and call monitoring.
  • Reporting adverse events to relevant units/departments.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Broad training in fields like business, sales, marketing, or IT, typically via a two-year associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year in customer service.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
  • Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and warehouse systems.
  • Strong business, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

The successful candidate may interact daily with English-speaking customers, patients, or team members from cross-functional teams.

Salary Range*

$41,200 CAD - $63,360
