Your team's dynamic:

As Campaign Manager - Nurture Programs, you will report to the Senior Manager of Global Campaigns and Demand Generation. You will work cross-functionally with regional marketing teams and subject matter experts to plan, develop and optimize multi-channel lead nurturing programs that successfully identify prospects ready for sales engagement.

What your day will look like:

  • Drive the development of multi-channel lead nurturing programs that convert leads from digital and in-person campaigns into sales-ready leads
  • Monitor the program's performance and identify tactics to increase the contribution of the marketing database to the company's pipeline
  • Document nurture best practices and train regional stakeholders in the development of regionalized nurture programs
  • Collaborate with digital marketing stakeholders in the evolution of the company's lead scoring system
  • Keep up to date on new trends and apply best practices in email marketing

More about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 5 years or more of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the technology sector
  • Knowledge of marketing automation technology (Marketo experience is a plus)
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns that engage target audiences and deliver measurable results
  • Highly organized and know how to plan, track and deliver large projects involving multiple teams
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
