Overview :

IQVIA provides scientific services spanning clinical trials, real world evidence, and consulting across the product lifecycle. The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team leads in generating data to incorporate the patient voice into medication development and commercialization. We focus on understanding and meeting client needs—mainly from the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors—through broad consulting expertise and scientific knowledge, conducting rigorous research including qualitative, quantitative, and passive approaches to understand patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional experiences and expectations.

Responsibilities :

  • Support COA product managers throughout product lifecycle phases, including development, commercialization, and management of marketed products.
  • Prepare COA assets for delivery according to product manager directives.
  • Assist in defining deliverables, costs, benefits, and ROI for products and initiatives.
  • Support sales efforts by developing marketing materials and providing product leadership.
  • Participate in process analysis and due diligence activities for development or acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaborate across functions for scientific development, operations, and sales/marketing needs.
  • Assist in developing new processes, tools, and documentation for the team.
  • Maintain communication channels and update product managers on delivery expectations.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals/devices.
  • Experience in COA development or management is preferred; other program or product management experience is also valuable.
  • Experience in clinical research, real-world evidence, pharmaceutical development, or scientific software management.
