Job Description

The Assistant Territory Manager will sell and market Hershey products, develop displays, ensure product replenishment, and maintain merchandising quality.

Responsibilities

1. Market and distribute all authorized Hershey products within designated regions.
2. Achieve marketing goals using permanent secondary displays and other presentation tools.
3. Provide weekly activity, expense, competitor, and promotional reports.
4. Use tablets for daily activity reports.
5. Manage regional activities, ensuring store presentation and compliance with plans.
6. Collaborate with buyers, marketing, and sales teams on product positioning and displays.
7. Coordinate visual merchandising and store layout.
8. Assist sales staff with product suggestions based on consumer needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience, knowledge of consumer packaged goods sales techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement communication and operational strategies.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, personal auto insurance.
• Residence within the designated region.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with iPad technology.
• Willingness to travel and work on the road.

This is a part-time role, with mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.
