Job summary

Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive care at the Fisher Personal Care Home. You will provide clinical leadership to the care team and ensure adherence to nursing standards and RHPA regulations.

The role emphasizes geriatric and dementia care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and strong communication with residents and families. A Manitoba license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active licensure with MB CRNM/CRPNM or eligibility.
• Current BLS training as required by policy.
• Clinical nursing skills aligned with standards.
• Experience in geriatrics/dementia care preferred.
• Strong decision making and critical thinking.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents/patients.
• Provide clinical leadership to HCAs, LPNs and RNs as needed.
• Adhere to CRNM/CRPNM ethics andRHPA standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for resident care.
