Job Code: Gérant Fruits et Légumes - Non-union managerial position / Regular full-time. Relevant experience in a similar role required. Knowledge of LCL systems and processes necessary. Must be available at all times. This is a managerial position with an annual salary, comprehensive benefits, and a 10% discount at hiring.

Description of the Job:

We are looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented Fruits and Vegetables Manager who is committed to offering an exceptional shopping experience that will fully enchant our customers.

The Fruits and Vegetables Manager reports to the store director and the store owner. Knowledge of ordering systems and Loblaw processes is required. The candidate should be hardworking, dynamic, experienced in team management, and knowledgeable about fruits and vegetables. They must be capable of managing and building a team. We seek a true leader.

Qualifications:

Experience with the LCL network and relevant experience as an assistant manager or manager in a high-volume produce department are required.

The ideal candidate is highly dynamic, autonomous, and able to oversee operations and priorities effectively. Must be capable of training and leading a team on the floor to achieve and maintain results. The role involves frequent store visits and physical activity, including lifting.

Recognized for leadership qualities, stock management (ordering, loss prevention), operational efficiency (team productivity, process adherence), customer service, and product quality. Must be able to lift weights, be resourceful, autonomous, team-oriented, and energetic.
