Your Contribution

Your Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage projects of various scales end-to-end. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Prepare proposals and qualification packages;
  • Develop plans, schedules, and other project components;
  • Carry out technical procedures and work plans;
  • Manage and/or draft all project documentation;
  • Lead or participate in project management, client, office, and team meetings;
  • Plan, monitor, and supervise geotechnical investigations (e.g., drilling, soil sampling, monitoring wells, in-situ testing);
  • Design, calculate, and prepare deliverables for geotechnical studies;
  • Process, analyze, and compile data;
  • Handle project administration tasks such as timesheets and invoicing;
  • Supervise and mentor team members;
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and participate in inspections;
  • Support business development initiatives to market Englobe’s services.

Your Profile

Qualifications

  • University degree in geological or civil engineering or related field; membership in OIQ required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field.

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent document management and report-writing skills;
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong communication skills;
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle;
  • Experience with geotechnical drilling, settlement analysis, slope stability assessments, and civil construction is an asset.

  • Ability to travel between worksites;
