Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Geotechnical Engineer (P.Eng.) to join our Calgary team. Lead the delivery of complex geotechnical projects, mentor emerging professionals, and support growth across Western Canada.

You will collaborate with a large, multidisciplinary geotechnical group and work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. You will oversee investigations, analyses and designs, while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes across projects

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Alberta or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Proven experience leading geotechnical projects and teams.
• Strong client relationship development and technical leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver mid-sized to large geotechnical projects in Calgary.

The successful candidate will work closely with a local team of more than 50 geotechnical professionals based in Calgary, supported by a regional team of over 200 geotechnical staff across Western Canada.

Pay Transparency:In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
