Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Engage with potential clients through proactive communication channels, including phone calls and emails, to introduce and promote Geo-Plus solutions.
  • Nurture Prospective Leads: Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a seamless transition through the sales pipeline.
  • First Impressions Matter: Deliver exceptional initial interactions to prospects and clients, setting the tone for a lasting professional relationship.
  • Assess Client Needs: Understand and evaluate client requirements to determine the suitability of Geo-Plus solutions in meeting their business objectives.
  • Manage Diverse Lead Sources: Handle leads from various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to maintain and update all communications, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as defined by management to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We value relevant experience and skills that align with the role's demands.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with active listening skills to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a keen understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Adaptability: Proven capacity to thrive in competitive environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Assets

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a significant advantage.
  • Software Sales Experience: Background in software sales, particularly with SaaS products, is highly desirable.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms is considered a plus.
  • Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is considered an asset.
  • Geomatic Expertise: Experience or knowledge in geomatics is considered a plus.
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer service roles.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in French is considered an asset.
