We are looking for a Geomatics – GIS Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with GIS software, land and forest data collection, and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining GIS databases, creating maps and other visualizations, and analyzing spatial data. Responsibilities:

• Utilize GIS software to create maps and analyze data.
• Develop and maintain GIS databases.
• Integrate GIS data with other databases.
• Perform quality assurance checks on GIS data.
• Analyze and interpret spatial data.
• Create reports and presentations using GIS data.
• Troubleshoot GIS software and hardware issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
